該文章報(bào)道了一種基于飛行時(shí)間二次離子質(zhì)譜技術(shù)和原位電測量系統(tǒng)的全固態(tài)鋰離子電池電極中鋰離子分布變化的新方法,用TOF SIMS直接觀察正常電池運(yùn)行期間LiB中Li分布的變化,并且成功地在充放電循環(huán)中直接觀察到陰極復(fù)合電極中鋰濃度的降低/增加。
